Sumac Restaurant is one of my fav middle eastern restaurants in MTL!

FLAVOUR // Fresh crunchy salads with savoury spices – the pita is SO pillowy, hummus is super creamy, falafel is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside & the chicken shawarma well seasoned! Their plates are a perfect balance of flavours 😋
 
QUALITY // Everything is made in-house 🥗 they even make/sell their own spice blends!
 
VIBE // chill brick-walled counter-serve restaurant with a mini market – cute communal seating (pre-covid)
